Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi all,

how can I obtain recovery software for a Windows 7 Home Premium x 64-bit machine from hp that is outside the warranty period? Any help would very very much be appreciated. Or even just the iso would be appreciated.

Hi:

 

You would have to contact HP customer service in your country and see if they still have recovery media for your PC (which I doubt they will).

 

However, if your PC came with W7 Home Premium, and you can still read all 25 characters of the W7 product key on your PC's case, you can download W7 Home Premium 64 bit from the link below and use the product key to activate the installation.

You will need to use the Microsoft ISO to USB/DVD utility to transfer the ISO file to a USB flash drive or DVD so that it is bootable.
