Few days back i had issue with windows 10 installed on my laptop my capslock led indicator didn’t litup so I contacted hp online support they asked me to do a sysytem recovery. They asked me to install something on 32gb pendrive and they asked me to follow the steps i did what they asked and now i am stucked with this error. It says ‘The recovery attempt has failed. Select one of the following buttons’. I tried making usb recovery more than 3 times and tried recovery but it failed every time. 
Can anyone please help me out 🙏🏻

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer, would be to try clean installing W10.

 

Make a bootable W10 USB installation flash drive using the Microsoft media creation tool at the link below.

 

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
