Hi:

 

Your PC came with W10 Home from HP, not W8.1.

 

HP Pavilion 550-153w Desktop PC Product Specifications | HP® Customer Support

 

HP no longer sells recovery media for your PC.

 

You can purchase recovery media from this vendor at the link below:

You can also install W10 for free by making bootable installation media with the Media creation tool from the link below.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
