Product: Laptop
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have downloaded a recovery tool on a 64GB flash drive but unable to create the recovery image on the flash drive.

The product number for the laptop is 4ND15UA#ABA. I'm trying to create the image using another laptop and keep getting and an invalid product error.

The reason the cloud recovery tool is not working is because your PC is 5 or more years old and HP withdraws support for the cloud recovery tool on PC's 5 or more years old.

 

You can use the Microsoft media creation tool to create a bootable USB installation flash drive to reinstall Windows.

 

Download Windows 10

 

Download Windows 11

 

You can make the W10 or W11 installation media since your PC is supported for either OS.

 

W10 goes out of Microsoft support after October of 2025.

 

After Windows has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.
