Recovery manager incomplete. Says the system can not find the driver specified

Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

 

Will try to assist but I am not sure what is happening. It is also good to provide a full HP product number.

 

It sounds like you need to restore your PC but the HP Recovery Manager cannot run.

 

One possible cause is, if you updated to Windows 10 from an older Windows operating system. The HP Recovery Manager may get corrupted.
