Windows 10 Pavilion all- in- one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Computer working good 2 days ago. Updates left alone and done. Turn computer on. Password accepted. Screen goes to flashing background. Unable to access anything due to mouse constantly " thinking". Go to recovery manager and start recovery to factory settings. Everything passed and installed except for incomplete message. Looks like anti virus has caused message. Still unable to access anything on computer. Computer is not under warranty and is 4 years old. Can anything be done to fix it or do I trash it??

Not ready for the trash just yet.

I would go Here.

and order Recovery Media for your PC, once it arrives plug it in, restart and let it repair.
