HP Recommended

I'm getting rid of my older Pavillion 550-047c desktop.

I'm trying to run System Recovery to reset it, but it gives me a partition error and recommends downloading or purchasing a recovery disk.

I tried finding a recovery disk, but the website is saying there isn't one available for this computer.

 

Can someone help with other options here?

If you want to factory reset the PC and not just reinstall the plain version of Windows 8.1 which you can do for free, you can order recovery media for your PC from this vendor at the link below:
