How do I know I have the correct media cd

If you downloaded Microsoft's Media Creation Tool from here

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

and made a CD or USB windows 10 ISO selecting the "media creation" then the disk will be

either 64 bit

or 32bit

it will have all copies of windows 10 on it except the enterprise version

If the system you want to recover was running "pro" then make sure you select "pro" when doing the install

 The same cd (DVD or USB actually) can instead do a "repair" or a "restore" in addition to a complete installation.

The model info you provided is for a 13-year old PC that came with Vista.  There might have been Recovery Disks included back then, but that would have been a set of disks, not a single disk.

And, there is no Recovery Disk for Windows 10 because your model did not ship with that preloaded.

if it is a cd, buy or ship with, some information written on it should give an indication
if it is a cd created by the user, who did not think of writing on it what it was, more difficult
but in any case, just have to restart with, if not the correct one, it should not work
possibly browsing files from a computer, under windows, but not always explicit
