Hi
I am not sure of the model of your PC, this is as close as I can get... NL or ND

It's either Italy or Holland, however this should still work...

Hello LBB, you response helped me to fix my [ben-120] desktop [vs KrazyToad]. here were the symptoms:
HP ENVY Desktop Intel Core i7 16GB Memory Model: 750-624 SKU: 6254768. HDD has crashed, will not boot from any source, error code 3FO.
i used your link to MS, then went to 'MS Media Creation Tool' but had a couple of issues, even then.
- image [iso] burned to dvd, would not reboot system.
- boot ini written to hdd, would not reboot system. [error - 0x800701B1 - 0xA001B]
- boot ini written to usb jump drive, rebooted system.
although i lost some files [i've NEVER been able to get everything back, no matter how good my backups are] at least it's working again. thanks!

Hi
I use a LIVE LINUX to access Windows when I have a problem, under no circumstances do you want the Fast Start Up option recommended by Microsoft. This puts the HDD into "suspend" mode and sets a dirty bit.
