I had to restore my computer to factory state as shipped after computer crash and unable to restore using backup files
and I was taken back to wondows 8.1 how do I get back to Windows 10? I updated to that almost 2 years ago during free upgrade. Do I have to buy it now to reinstall or what do I do?
Any help is appreciated
thank you

The Windows 10 OS can be reinstalled without purchase by making a install media from M$ Media Creation Tool. Scroll down to the "Download tool now". Once you have the media in hand, just reinstall Windows 10 and it will be activated.
