HP Pavilion x360 14 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 14-ek1000 IDS Base Model

My laptop repair has been delayed for another two weeks, so it'll be almost a month since I sent it in despite the time frame originally being a week. I'm not sure what to do because I need it for school in a few weeks time and I'm terrified that it will be delayed for several months like I've seen in so many other comments. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reach out to someone other than general customer service workers to get this resolved?

Please help us with your HP unit serial number, Case ID (If any) or the product number on a private message for further assistance.

I have contacted customer service multiple times and while the reps have all been polite, nobody can tell me anything useful about when I might get my laptop back. At this rate I will never use HP again because their system is clearly broken.
