Product: Pavillon Elite e9237c
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)
Does this model (Pavillion Elite e9237c) have BIOS in flash memory, so that the ONLY thing I would need to do is to reset the clock after replacing the CMOS battery?

Hi:
Not exactly.
When you remove and replace the CMOS battery, the BIOS will be reset to its defaults, so if you made any changes in the BIOS such as boot order, etc, you will have to change those back to your preferred settings as well as resetting the time and date.
I think the only setting that won't change to the BIOS default of disabled if applicable, is if you enabled Virtualization.
