Welcome to the HP Forum.
You should remove the PC serial number and remove your personal information from this post.
HP Support does not interact with users in this Forum. Most Forum members are users such as yourself.
Your PC's BIOS does not support XMP/DOCP memory overclocking.
HP installs specific memory modules in your PC that will run at faster transfer speeds. But retail memory modules may not run at higher speeds.
