Boa noite!

Estou com esse problema no EliteDesk 800 G3 DM(fora da garantia já) por aqui.

Algum 'abençoado' alterou a senha da BIOS e não estamos conseguindo resetar. Já fiz o procedimento da retirada da bateria por uns 3 minutos pra garantir, sem sucesso.

Tentei retirando a bateria e colocando novamente após cerca de 3 ou 4 minutos(pra garantir), sem sucesso.

Poderia me auxiliar? Estou com o Service Tag dele de prontidão.
