Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I was having permission issues with xbox game pass,or from what I read my be this windows apps folder.I tried everything to fix it but I resorted today to just reset windows,I chose a full reset and to re-download windows 11 from the cloud.Now i can't get pass the initial login screen.it shows my account but when I select it and put my pin in it says "the user profile service failed the sign in,user profile cannot be loaded".I'm stumped,I thought it would just re-download windows.and I would be able to at least login and have to re-download all my apps and games but hopefully fix the gamepass issue.any help ?have to buy windows 11 or something?

hp provides tools, if it does not work, eventually you can use the microsoft system, nothing to pay

Microsoft Windows Media Creation Tool

 

Install Windows 11 from a USB flash drive or ISO file using Media Creation Tool

You can use Media Creation Tool to create Windows installation media, and then use the media to install Windows 11.

 

Create the Windows 11 installation media

Download Media Creation Tool, and then create Windows installation media.

 

Note:

You can run Media Creation Tool to create Windows installation media on any computer.

  2. Under Create Windows 11 Installation Media, click Download Now.
