Product: ExHP Pavilion 590-p0202aample: Pavilion 65XX

After trying to do a BIOS update the computer wouldn't come back on.  HP took computer away and fixed it, but the computer was cleared. A Hp backup was done prior to repairs .  I have been unable to restore back up.
