Anyone else have issue with return restocking fee? Brand new desktop, never opened, decided we did not want, and now HP has a $75 restocking fee. Save yourself the trouble, stick to Best Buy for your purchase, no restocking fee if you return it.

Obviously this helpful message about someone contacting me is really just a farce. HP is stealing from people. My return was received on 4/28/22, signed for. Today is 5/20/22 and I have yet to receive a refund. I call weekly, am still getting the same spiel about 10 days for inspection, then 3-5 biz days before the credit is released to my bank. Well, this is long past all of those dates. You can't talk to anyone, they all read the same stupid message to you and there is no help whatsoever. Ask to talk to a supervisor? That is really a laugh. This is a shameful company, liars every one of them. I can't imagine anyone wanting to do any business with this company.
