The link is for sp85688.exe 80.20Rev.A not 80.19 can you send me the link?

When I search for sp85103.exe on HP's website I don't get anything.

Thanks,

Hi Chris,

The link I posted does reference other links.  Open the the tab for 80.20 and look at the revision history.

Follow up to using latest HP Diagnostics USB flash drive to boot.

I cannot boot from any hadr drive, DVD internal hard drive, USB.

All HP Diagnostic tools that came with PC work with out failure.

Ran extensive tests on all components. No errors.

Hi,

Were you able to boot the latest HP USB diagnostic flash drive?  The screen would have indicated version 6.6.2.

If no, then remove the HD and make sure that the optical drive is empty and all other USB devices except the keyboard and mouse have been removed.

HP holds the information on how to do BIOS roll backs very close to the chest. HP doesn't publish the documentation on how to do the roll back by using the USB Diagnostic firmware management functions.  This information on BIOS recovery is claimed to work for both laptops and PCs.
