Dear HP Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance regarding an issue with my SSD. Last year, my original SSD got corrupted and was replaced at an HP authorized service center. The replacement SSD provided came with a 1-year store warranty. However, the SSD itself is marked with a 5-year warranty label.

Unfortunately, the SSD has again become corrupted shortly after the 1-year store warranty expired. As the device itself carries a 5-year warranty (clearly mentioned on the SSD), I would like to request that this issue be resolved under the product warranty directly by HP.

Kindly let me know the next steps for getting this SSD repaired or replaced under HP's warranty coverage.

Looking forward to your prompt response.
