This afternoon my computer was ok tried to wake it up did so but it was locked an wouldn't do anything. I've tried system restore once it gave me a blue screen also tried too factory reset and has failed all 3 times gets to 6% and then stops an undoes what it was trying to do.

When you said it got to only %6 doing a factory reset was that today or something you tried some time ago? It is not clear what the current problem is.
Please press the ESC key after powering on and run diagnostics to include testing the hard drive and the SSD drive
I assume you have windows on the SSD "C" drive and the Hard Drive is "D"
After running diagnostics what does the system do?
Does it boot into troubleshooting screen such as the following
