Hello, everyone. 

I have an issue with Secure Boot Certificate in Windows device security. The Security Boot Certificate is Paused.

Any suggestion?

The only thing I can think of that would cause this error in Windows Security>Device security would be a UEFI firmware/Windows 2023 security certificate update mismatch.

 

Have you checked your HP PC's download site for a very recent BIOS update?

 

Or use this HP Site to check for the latest BIOS update.

 

Some Legacy HP PCs may not get a firmware update required to facilitate the installation of: the latest Windows 2023 Secure Boot security certificates and the latest TPM 2.0 version.

 

It might be possible to check your PC's BIOS update status if you provide a specific HP product number. Look at "Desktop PCs" Here.
