Greetings @adilson07
The only thing I can think of that would cause this error in Windows Security>Device security would be a UEFI firmware/Windows 2023 security certificate update mismatch.
Have you checked your HP PC's download site for a very recent BIOS update?
Or use this HP Site to check for the latest BIOS update.
Some Legacy HP PCs may not get a firmware update required to facilitate the installation of: the latest Windows 2023 Secure Boot security certificates and the latest TPM 2.0 version.
It might be possible to check your PC's BIOS update status if you provide a specific HP product number. Look at "Desktop PCs" Here.

Hello, Bill_To
First of all, I want to thank you for your support and help. I am still trying to work around It. I can't find a solution on HP support, and Microsoft is not helping either.
After a solution is found, I will be more than happy to inform you as a consideration for your kindness.
Thank you again!

Greetings @adilson07
My pleasure.
A Windows Security>Device security> Secure Boot pause indicator is encouraging. This message usually means your PC may eventually get the Windows 2023 security certificate updates.
Please provide a HP PC product number.
We can then check your PC's future BIOS update support status if you provide a product number.
