If you don't want to clean install W10 for free by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the media creation tool...

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

Thanks for the info. 

 

I was looking for the download files directly from HP  ...  ftp files address or a link .

Original created recovery media  ( when first started ) ... did not save HP system included apps, only Win 10 Home .

 

I was told with HP, it would probably be a longshot ... 

NOT impressed with HP or HP support services ... I will go back to ASUS or Dell 

 

Thank you for your 3rd party link .... does not specify other than Win 10 Home

Your PC was made before HP provided the cloud recovery tool system to download and make recovery drives at no cost.

Only consumer class PC's released to market in 2016 or later are supported by the cloud recovery tool.

I'd use the Microsoft media creation tool to reinstall W10 for free and then download the software and drivers from the PC's support page.
