HP All In One Computer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I got the virus Segurazo antivirus when I downloaded Blue Stacks and in the process of getting rid of the virus, I deleted my operating system. The computer didn't come with a disk so I could reinstall Windows 10 and not sure what to do.

Any suggestions? When starting the computer it shows the HP and then goes directly to the Missing Operating System. I've run the tests on memory and hard drive F2 and both are fine. The problem is I reformatted by accident and can't take restore windows.

thank you for any suggestions or comments.

Depending on the exact model number, there might be a solution using the HP Cloud Recovery tool

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c06162205?jumpid=reg_r1002_usen_c-001_title_r0001

Click on the  "HP PCs - HP Cloud Recovery Tool Supported Platforms" to see if yours is supported.

If that does not result in a good outcome, then you can install Windows 10 again using the tool from here:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

With a working PC, scroll down to the "Using the tool to create installation media" and follow the directions.

Then using this new media, reinstall Windows 10.  It will  be the latest version, too.
