I recently had problems with my computer and I did a system test which came up with the failure Id 9gf14k-79j87h-qffv6k-60rn03. What does this mean and how do I fix it?

@JockoTheTaco, welcome to the forum.

 

This error message is telling you that your hard drive has failed.  Your only option is to replace it.  You should buy a HDD the same size or larger to assure that the Recovery media will work with it.

 

Here is a guide to help you with the replacement.
