Not too long ago, I bought an HP EliteDesk 705 MINI G4 (AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 2400G, 16GB RAM, 256GB NVMe) from eBay, with Windows 11 Pro preinstalled. I decided to "upgrade" (or rather downgrade) from Windows 11 Pro to Windows 10 Pro using the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's website, as I preferred having Windows 10.
For the most part, Windows 10 has been working well on my system, but lately, I’ve been questioning if I was better off sticking with Windows 11 Pro. My system runs fine with Windows 10, and I was advised that Windows 10 was the better option, as some have said Windows 11 isn’t entirely trustworthy.
I do plan to "upgrade" back to Windows 11 Pro eventually, but I have some reservations. The same people who recommended Windows 10 suggested that upgrading again to Windows 11 could lead to issues. I considered using the built-in recovery feature in the Mini PC to restore Windows 11 Pro, but I’m worried this might cause problems. I don’t want to lose my data, but I also know that support for Windows 10 is ending soon.
Additionally, I’ve found out that my processor isn’t officially supported by Windows 11, despite the system meeting most other requirements. Given all this, I’m unsure what my best course of action is. What should I do?

You'd have to use a workaround to upgrade to W11 since the processor is not supported.
If you want to go back to W11 without having to clean install it, following the guidance in this video is easy to do an in-place upgrade.
How to install Windows 11 24H2 on Unsupported PC (Early Access) (youtube.com)
You can skip the part regarding how to get the 24H2 preview ISO file from the Windows Insider Program, now that W11 24H2 has been released to the public.
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
The only comment I have is that W10 goes out of support next October.
I'm running W11 on all of my unsupported W11 PC's.
