My Win 11 Pro is working abnormally slowly given my hardware. both when navigating windows and the internet. Please help me fix this.
Also, I would like to keep this hardware but upgrade it to support me best in internet exploration and video design. I would like your opinion on this!
More Details: Got a capable build: I expect lightning fast browsing/windows. Have a wired internet connection so it's not my internet that's the problem! I've updated everything, scanned the hardware multiple times! I've also done other tests on top of this stuff!
Thanks in advance all!!

Greetings @Anon-4jnr
Welcome to the HP Forum.
I can' find your PC's specs at the usual HP Support sites.
Please provide the following info:
- Your PC's CPU specs.
- The amount of RAM installed and memory speed.
- Current graphics config; onboard Intel CPU graphics, Discrete: Nvidia, or AMD graphics.
- Storage device type; slow HDD or a faster SATA SSD.
W11 puts a hit on system resources. Older components may not perform as well as newer components.
Check Task Manager for:
- How many system processes are running at idle?
- How many startup items?
My W11 PCs do about, on average, 110 to 117 processes. I usually have about seven or eight startup items.
I use W11 debloating tools to shut down unnecessary system processes
Sometimes it helps to back up data. Then do a clean Windows install if the PC is running slow.
You might need to upgrade components if a clean W11 installation does not perform well.
Or you might need to buy a new PC. Investing a lot of money into an older platform generally produces diminishing returns.
And some All In One PC components are very difficult to upgrade. Typically: processors and graphics upgrades require a PC Tech familiar with upgrading SMT components.
