really stuck with this Post Error and F2 and Enter continue startup not accessible

UEFI warranty test: Check to see if there is a hardware problem: Watch this video.

Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.

If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty

 

If the disk drive passes then you probably have sector corruption.   Can you boot into windows?

If not, try booting into safe mode.  You need to boot into safe mode to fix the problem.

Select the C drive and repair it:  Use the windows tools to scan your HDD or SSD for errors

If the repair works, then scan the OS to replace missing or damaged files using SFC

Check for OS file corruption using SFC. Try the SFC first and if it gives a message that it cannot fix the problem then try the DISM tool. Click here for repair instructions.
