The pc won’t restart. It says it’s unsuccessful and gives you option to reboot or do advanced fix that suggests you turn it off. But turning it on and off doesn’t help. There are recovery options too and resetting to factory but I don’t want to lose my photos etc.

Is there any other message, other than "unsuccessful"?
Which of the "advanced fix" options did you choose?
Was one of the options to use "system restore" to time-warp your computer back to a date/time when the boot was successful?
Of the "reset" options, was one of the options to reload Windows *WITHOUT* deleting your personal files?
