Why is there no document for Windows 10? I have a brand new hp envy 7t and can't get into it due to Windows not recognizing my password. I know I'm entering the correct password because I always use the same one and the hint is the same hint I always use.

To assist you with accurate information I would require more information regarding this.
- What password are you referring to here? Is it the Windows login password or the bios password?
- Please let me know the complete model# of the computer with the operating system installed to assist you better.
- Please let me know if the computer works correctly and if you are able to log into Windows.
- Please send an image or a screenshot of the same to assist you better.
