Greetings,

Welcome to the forum.

I am not a HP employee.

There is no "one size fits all" solution to this error.

Can you run Windows? It can be difficult to fix this error if you cannot load the operating system. You may try Safe Mode to troubleshoot by starting the PC and shutting down the PC three times in a row before it blue screens

The possible causes are:

1.Hardware (possibly the HDD or memory)

2. Corrupted system files

3. Corrupted Windows Registry

4. Hardware drivers

Restart your PC and run HP Diagnostics to check hardware. Tap "ESC", the select "F2".

Run system tests. Run Component tests.

Finding and fixing Windows system, registry, or hardware driver problems gets complicated if you can't login to Windows.

You would need Windows 10 installation media (USB or DVD) (Link) to try Repair options.

Repair options are:

1. System Restore

2. Startup Repair

3. Bootrec commands

4. Recovering the Registry

Back up data to a different PC by removing the HDD or SSD. Then connect this storage device to a different PC as a data drive.

You may have to reinstall the operating system if you cannot fix the problem.

Regards
