PLEASE HELP, my pc is stuck in a loop, I cannot reset to factory settings it won't let me, I have watched and done as per the many videos on youtube and the outcome is the same, blue screen and the various options to , (continue to windows 11) Use a devise), (Trouble shoot), (Turn off your pc) I cannot get beyond these. I don't have a copy of my windows operating system and feared that if I was able to factory rest the pc how or where would I find the operating system serial number for windows that was already installed when i purchased it. I'm in a real mess and stressing as I cannot access my anything and just stuck in this loop.

If you made the install media using the instructions in that guide, then you need to boot to the new media.
When the media has been created, change to boot order to boot to this new media. If that step is causing a problem, follow this:
Start tapping the Esc key BEFORE starting the PC and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick Boot Menu from that popup menu, F9.
Then pick the USB drive
Assuming the USB flash drive is booted you will see the opening screen
Click next - lower right corner. Then this should show up
From this screen either pick "Repair this computer" in the lower left, for the tools, or click "Install now" from the center.

While the Windows version is not stated, you can make the install media to use the troubleshooting tools or reinstall Windows.
Create installation media for Windows - Microsoft Support
Follow the directions for either Windows version.

Thank you for your reply and help, it is very much appreciated.
I have created the installation media & boot disk and when i booted up from the flash drive, it just took me to a main screen and from there I'm just not sure what to do next???

Assuming the main screen to be the first picture I posted where is asks about the region, language, and keyboard. Then click next - lower right. Then the next screen should be the one with "Install now". If you wish to do that click on "Install now". If you wish to try a repair, click on the lower left "Repair your computer".
If you get that far, please ask for further help if still uncertain.

I've managred to sor it and now just reinstalling all my programs etc, thank you again for reaching out and catching me.
