Product: OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 870-224
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hey yall, i've been stuck on this same screen forever "Restoration incomplete".
I recently contacted @HPSupport (on twitter), they told me to seek for help here and get a "Recovery kit".

So here i am, would anyone be able to help me with this?
I've tried other recommendations on posts with the same issue on this site, they all didnt work either.

Hi:

 

You can order a recovery kit if you are located in the United States at the link below...

You should also be able to clean install W10 by making a bootable W10 installation USB flash drive using the Media creation tool at the link below.

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
