Product: HP Notebook - 15-ay102nt (ENERGY STAR)

I reset my HP computer due to slowdown issues. However, when it reached 7%, it displayed the Clear TPM warning (the warning in the photo). The problem is that no matter whether I press F1 or F2, it says 'Discarding changes' and restarts the computer. When I try to log in, it gives me the 'User Profile Service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded' error.

I tried enabling 'Clear TPM' from the BIOS, but even though I select 'Save and Exit', it doesn't save my BIOS settings. I'm stuck in a loop. Any ideas to solve this? Thanks
