Try reboot but this time select the system restore instead of repair. If you cannot get the below to show up then read this article
look for a restore point dated from when your system last worked
Let me know what happened.
I am guessing that your product ID is 9EE29AA#ABA
Is that correct?

I need to know if you can pass diagnostics.
What caused the problem in the first place?
Power glitch? Upgrade to windows 11 from 10?
Microsoft or HP update? Add a new device, memory, etc?
BIOS update?
Tap the ESC key after powering on then press F2 to run diagnostics. Run the disk and memory test.
Do not any of the following unless diagnostics pass ------------------------------
Can you boot into Windows safe mode?
That was discussed in that article earlier
The following article might be better: skip down to "Enter Safe Mode from outside windows"
HP PCs - Windows Safe Mode (Windows 10) | HP® Support
Get info safe mode?
When you get into safe mode bring up the device manager and look for problems.
See any problems?

X shows up when in command version of safe mode. You need just the plain safe mode # 4

Any nearby shop can fix this. I was worried it was a BIOS update as those can ruin a system
