Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

So, i tried resetting my PC and now i am stuck.

HP restore does not work. I've tried it twise now and after an hour or so, it get stuck in a window saying "The system can not find the drive specified". it also mentioned something about AM content location invalid, and update unsuccessful.

Now i can't even get back to normal windows, it just restarts and get back to this screen.

Can you help me reset this computer to just a vanilla installation of Windows?

Hi:

If the reset program isn't working, you can clean install W10 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive using the Media creation tool at the link below.

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

After W10 installs, you can install the drivers and available software from your notebook's support page.

Thanks for the reply  @Paul

I never got to test your answer, but i'll mark it as a solution.

What i ended up doing was load the task manager by using ctrl+alt+delete, click on files and then new task. Here i simply typed systemreset and that promted the windows reset, that seemed to overwrite the HP reset process.

You're very welcome.

That is great news you were able to get the reset option to work using the Windows Task Manager.
