The last 2 or 3 characters normally are for region and/or country code. HP has few different ways to give country/region codes for its machines, those cause a lot of confusions and head aches. For example in the US alone, HP has many different codes depending on markets and/or store lines.
In your case, sx could be Egypt or Africa ... depending on each product.
