Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello.

 

I uninstall HP Support Assistant and then try to install it again with the older version. But it comes up a code that I have not that program. I have HP Support Assistant before. I tried with the new version also but that is incompatible with my computer. It is 7 years old.

 

I hope someone can help me out with this to solve that problem.

Thankyou for your solution to solve my problem with HP Support Assistant. Sometimes it needs litle older version.

Now it works again.
