Hello, after I reinstalled Windows 10 Home, via USB I receive a pop up stating Syn.Com.DLL is not found. And also cannot install, dot.NETfx35setup.EXE. For my Support Assistant. Thank You.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Uninstall the HP Omen Command Center using these steps -
1) In the search box, type and open "Apps & Features".
2) Look for HP Omen Command Center.
3) Click on it to uninstall.
4) Restart the computer.
Note - Repeat the same process for HP Support Assistant.
Download and install the software from the below link -
Also, try updating your computer. Refer to this document for steps - HP PCs - Downloading or Updating Software and Drivers
