1. Unknown Intel drivers
2. Intel Softwares no belong to my HP Deskop.
3.Last one with rolling back the Motherboard Resources not been installed.
Please support me with proper advice how I can back to factory original state.
1. I have had all instructios processed from you website how to using HP Supplied Recovery CD/DVD disc
(bought it from HP) but I having error with message :
1. No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed
2. error 0x0000001 to start, you will need to use recovery tools
Second, I have some problem with installation of the Recovery Manager sp74124 from first place of purchase.
The files is downloaded , installed.
I have been sever time processed the installation but when I click to Open HPSetup.exe it is disappearing.
I was not able open the Recovery Manager Tool at all. Where it is?
I have found the folder copy and processed this installation too.
I can not reach after instalation the

The main reason is some problem with Monitor, Displays and Graphics. Only manifactured from Microsoft is work. All avilable advices was include.
So I must only restore to Factory state. The Clouds Restore for my computer is invalid.

hi
sorry, don't answer, but I don't understand at all what you are trying to do, at what time..
Your computer is originally under windows 10, so if you installed windows 10, or an update, it would have been easier to install the drivers, if that was the problem
You say, therefore, that if you try to reboot with the recovery dvds, there is an error message " No boot disk has been detected or the disk has failed "
This is immediately at startup before recovery , or after?
was this reply helpful , or just say thank you ? Click on the yes button
