The Circle Recovery Option is not Working. I Can not use it to Reset to Factory Settings. Can Some Pls Tell me The Solution

Hi:
If your PC was made in 2016 or later, you should be able to with another working PC and a 32 GB USB flash drive, make a bootable USB recovery drive using the HP cloud recovery tool that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your notebook.
Here is an info link for how to use that utility...

To answer your first question, no, you can only use the cloud recovery tool on a USB flash drive.
For your second question, please start a new post because I wouldn't know how to fix any problems with the HP support assistant software.
