Hi everyone, 

 

Just having an issue with a message that comes up lately saying 

"System security issue has been detected

The BIOS has lost communication with HP Sure Run software indicating the system may have been tampered with..." 

 

I checked to make sure my BIOS system was up to date as well as my windows etc and it seems all up to date. I opened the HP Client security notifications section and the following message keeps coming up: 

"The security key that is needed by hp sure run is not available..."
I checked to see if sure run was up to date and its currently on 2.0.5.1and the client security manager is on 9.4.1.2817. 

I had a look around to see if there were any posts on the issue but alas I'm at a loss. Any help would be great!!
