************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
<system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

@Nulmany Greetings from the HP Community!

Here's what I suggest you do to resolve the issue:

  1. In Windows, type msconfig into Search, and then select System Configuration from the search results in Windows 10,

  2. Click the General tab.

  3. Select Selective Startup, and deselect Load startup items.

    Deselecting Load startup items on the General tab
  4. Click the Services tab.

    Select Hide all Microsoft services, so they will not be disabled, and then click Disable all to disable the remaining items on the services tab.

  5. Restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
