Product: HP Omni

I reset this device and now it says no operating system found. I ordered what I thought was an operating system online but the computer won't even run the disk or USB. I don't know what else to do. I have my product key for Windows 7.

WHY are you trying to do a reset? If it is because the PC is running slowly, a reset will NOT fix that, and most likely, will only make matters worse.

 

Need to know the issue you are trying to solve and the age and model number of the PC.
