T620 after power off/on is the SSD (64GB) with system empty

I have buy the PC over seconhand. In the description is the information "a system is install (Win10home)".

I make the PC on and the system say me it have not  a OS.

I install a test version of Windows 10, install and rebot fine. After power off and then on, say me the system it's faild a OS.

Is it a security option or is the SSD defect?

I have install more as one times a OS.

I have inside a new SSD and have the same probem.

also don't have the Secure Erase or Disk Sanitizer option in my Bios.

I have after three times the Bios on Default reset the system install and the System runing after Power off/on.

I don't now what was the problem.
