Thin Client T620
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Want to change my Thin Client T620. But I can not reach the bios for boot menu. I forget the BIOS password.  Use some options, disconnect battery. Press CMOS button. No results. still ask for password. What can I do?

Please be informed that these units have more stringent security than consumer models. I recommend you to immediately Contact HP Technical Support over the Phone for further assistance to get your Thinclient unit re-imaged with fresh OEM version OS Image from HP support site Usually these units carry offsite support where you can send your unit to SVC center to get it re-imaged also.

 

You can also Check your warranty Here to verify the warranty status
