My M.2 SSD system disk crashed and cannot be salvaged.
Is there away to set up a new disk with all the HP data that the original system had installed, such as the recovery partition and HP boot directory.

Hi:
I don't know if the HP cloud recovery tool will restore the recovery partition, but you can use it to reinstall everything else.
The problem is...the product number you posted covers two different model PC's with different product numbers.
Those are the product numbers you have to use when you run the Cloud recovery tool on another PC.
It will be either 33V37AA#ABA or 328K8AA#ABA
You can use the HP cloud recovery tool and a 32 GB USB flash drive to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall W10, the drivers and the software that originally came with your PC.
Here is an info link for how to use the utility.

You can download the software from the Microsoft Store.

You will have to use the utility on another PC, so you will need to enter your PC's product number in the tool's search window in order to proceed to make the recovery media.
