OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-1000i (6J775AV)

My system does nothing. Power will not turn on at all. Worked fine last night. Had been freezing when playing games for past week.

Please follow the below steps to fix the issue.

-Perform a power drain on your PC.

2) Disconnect the power cable from the AC adapter if it is a detachable part and keep it aside.

3) Press and hold the power button down for 15 seconds and release the power button, wait for about 30 seconds.

Thanks, I have tried all of these steps along with a few others. I've taken it to a repair shop to see what the issue is and hopefully it will be repairable and not fried.

Hi @fm106,

You're welcome, and I'm sorry to hear you're dealing with such a challenging issue. Taking your laptop to a repair shop is a wise step—they'll have the tools and expertise to diagnose the problem more thoroughly. Hopefully, it's something straightforward like a loose connection or a minor hardware replacement, rather than major damage.

I appreciate your efforts in contacting HP community support and If you need any assistance in the future, feel free to reach out to us.

Take care and have a great day ahead!
