I have a new all in one HP touchscreen desktop. I.do not  know how to open the cd tray.

If the button does not eject the CD it is likely the CD has fallen forward and the door will not open more than a few mm before closing.  You should tilt the AIO back horizontal to allow the CD to fall back into place so the door opens.  You can also try the paper clip tool in that hole to force the door open.  If the CD is stuck bad (door blocked from opening) the mechanism might be damaged unless the CD can fall back into the tray.
