Do to Covid-19, I am having to WFH, My job gave me a flash drive with the designated desktop on it to boot on my computer. did F9 at start up, selected usb drive and error to boot. How do i fix this?

I don't know what they told you at work, but you can not RUN Windows 10 from a USB stick.
You can BOOT from it, and that will, depending on HOW the stick was configured, load you into a seriously cut down version of Windows known as WinPE, but that is not a working version of Windows 10. That is generally only used to do basic utility functions like using the File Manager to copy off files, or adding Firmware images to it to do firmware updates.
